about emphc

Started in 1997 by a few families who saw the increasing cultural trend away from God and Family, the Eagle Mountain Pregnancy Help Center was birthed. In the 28 years since, we have served thousands of mothers, fathers, children, grandparents, abortion-minded, and post-abortive women and men. All of our services are free to program participants, and include pregnancy tests and verification, education classes individually designed to meet specific needs of clients, high school graduation, fatherhood mentorship, counseling, Christian discipleship, and referrals to other area resources. EMPHC is a 501(c)3 donor-funded non-profit and serves the Springtown, Azle, Lake Worth, and Fort Worth area communities.

We believe that God has a future and hope for all people, including unborn children and their parents. Eagle Mountain Pregnancy Help Center exists as a support system for the community to minister hope and healing to individuals involved in unplanned pregnancies and those who have experienced the trauma of abortions. EMPHC offers spiritual, emotional, and physical support. In addition, it is our goal to educate people in the community about God’s great plan for abstinence before marriage.

Psalm 139:13-14 - "For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well."

We uphold the National Institute Family and Life Advocates Commitment of Care and Competence

EMPHC is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization supported solely by churches, individuals, and businesses in our local community.

Our growing team is equipped to provide options including counseling, parenting resources, adoption connections, referrals, Bible and life skills classes, and prayer, in addition to maternity, infant, and toddler supplies.

Our mission

We believe:

  • The Bible is God’s authoritative Word, guiding our beliefs, values, and actions.

  • Jesus Christ is Lord, whose life, death, and resurrection offer salvation and hope to all who believe.

  • The Holy Spirit empowers believers to live faithfully and serve others.

  • Human life is sacred from conception to natural death, and every person is created in God’s image.

  • Christian living matters, including loving our neighbors, protecting the vulnerable, and promoting truth, compassion, and integrity.

Our staff and volunteers are committed followers of Christ, serving as examples of faith and love. We provide accurate information about pregnancy, fetal development, and lifestyle choices, always seeking to support life and share the hope of Jesus.

At EMPHC, our mission is to honor Jesus Christ in all we do, and to provide compassionate, life-affirming support to women and families facing pregnancy decisions. We exist to share hope, provide guidance, and equip our clients with the resources they need, grounded in a biblical worldview.
